Clinical Boundaries and Communication

Our support staff is caring and kind and able to answer your non emergent calls during business hours Monday to Friday. You will meet with your Nurse Practitioner during your scheduled appointment. If you have any questions or clinical needs you can go over them during your appointment time. Sometimes you may have needs between sessions, our staff is happy to communicate your needs with your provider, often scheduling a new appointment for you. Unlike some practices we do “live answer” during business hours. After hour messages will be addressed the next business day. If your provider is with a patient, our support staff is here to triage your needs. All refills will be sent to completion within 72 hours. If you need more immediate attention or you are in crisis, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest Emergency Room.
